Cancellation & Refund Policy for ImagePerfect AI

This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for services purchased on ImagePerfect AI.

1. General Policy: No Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

When you generate an image, we incur immediate, irreversible costs for the AI processing power required. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been made.

2. Preview System

We provide a free, watermarked preview of every generated image. This allows you to see the result of the AI generation before you commit to a purchase. We strongly encourage you to review the preview carefully to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome before proceeding to payment.

Dissatisfaction with the artistic or subjective results of an AI generation is not grounds for a refund.

3. Exceptions for Technical Failure

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a verifiable technical failure on our part. A refund may be considered if:

  • You successfully completed a payment, and your account was charged.
  • AND, you were not able to access or download the final, non-watermarked version of your purchased image from your dashboard due to a fault in our system.

4. How to Request a Refund for Technical Failure

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exception clause, you must contact our support team at support@tgij.one within 48 hours of the transaction. Please include your account email, the transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will investigate the claim and issue a refund if a technical failure is confirmed.

5. Bonus Credits

Bonus credits used to make a purchase are non-refundable and will not be reinstated to your Bonus Wallet.
