What happens to my images after I upload them?

Your privacy is important. Uploaded images are processed on our secure servers to generate your preview. If you do not purchase the image, the generated files are kept as previews in your dashboard. If you purchase an image, the final high-resolution version is stored securely for you to download. If you opt for the Marketing Consent discount, your images may be stored and used for marketing purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

What is the Marketing Consent discount?

By opting for the marketing consent discount, you receive a lower price on your image generation. In return, you grant us permission to use your input and output images, along with associated user data, for our marketing campaigns. If you later wish to revoke this consent for a previously purchased image, you will need to contact our support team at support@tgij.one and pay the difference to the full price.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our service and the computational costs involved in generating AI images, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We provide a watermarked preview for you to review before making a purchase. This allows you to see the result of the AI image creation before you commit to buying. How does the Refer and Earn program work?

Our referral program is simple! When you generate a unique referral link from your dashboard and share it with a friend, the following happens:

• Your friend receives a ₹51 bonus immediately upon signing up with your unique link.
• You receive a bonus equal to 25% of the amount of their first successful transaction, credited to your bonus wallet.

Does my bonus amount expire?
